A few weeks out from the Settlement Date we will ask You to confirm some information about where You want the purchaser’s funds paid. On the Settlement Date, soon after settlement has occurred, we will let your Agent know to release the buyers Deposit to You (less any Agents fees You agreed) and to deliver the property keys to the buyer.
