We recommend you contact your Lender directly to make sure you have provided all the information to us that they will require. For example some lenders require that you initiate the mortgage discharge process and provide an authorisation number before we can arrange the discharge.
ONCE YOU HAVE CONTACTED YOUR LENDER PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE DISCHARGE APPLICATION TO THE LENDER DIRECTLY. THIS MAY CAUSE SIGNIFICANT DELAYS AND CREATE UNNECESSARY COST FOR YOU. PLEASE ALWAYS UPLOAD THE MORTGAGE DISCHARGE AT YOUR SALESDESK WHEN YOU ARE REQUESTED TO DO SO AFTER EXCHANGE. WE WILL CHECK IT AND SUBMIT IT TO YOUR LENDER.
WHEN COMPLETING YOUR DISCHARGE AUTHORITY PLEASE ALWAYS:
- Nominate an account to deposit surplus proceeds OR excess funds – your funds will arrive in your account faster this way.
- Include Conveyancing Partners details as your representative
